मामले की जानकारी देते हुये मृतिका के पति मुकेश सिंह ने बताया कि उसकी पत्नी पार्वती सिंह गुरुवार की जमीन में बैठी थी, इस दौरान अचानक जहरीले सांप ने उसके पैर मे काट लिया। रात में लाइट ना होने तथा अंधेरा होने के कारण साप नहीं दिख सका, जिसके बाद उसने गांव की जड़ी - बूटी व अन्य चीजों का उपयोग कर देर रात पत्नी की हालत खराब होते दिखने पर जिला अस्पताल अनूपपुर में लाया गया। लेकिन अस्पताल पहुंचने के पूर्व 37 वर्षीय पार्वती सिंह की मौत हो गई।

Anuppur: In village Jamudi under Kotwali Anuppur area, on Thursday night, a 37-year-old woman sitting on the ground in the house was bitten by a poisonous snake, which was taken to the district hospital for treatment, but the woman died before reaching the hospital. Giving information about the matter, the husband of the deceased Mukesh Singh told that his wife Parvati Singh was sitting in the ground on Thursday, during which suddenly a poisonous snake bit her leg. Due to lack of light and darkness in the night, the snake could not be seen, after which he was brought to the district hospital Anuppur after seeing the condition of his wife getting worse late at night by using the herbs and other things of the village. But 37-year-old Parvati Singh died before reaching the hospital.
